SIFEE was founded in 1990 by Florin Cristian, at that time newly graduatw of the Faculty of Electronics Timisoara, in a rented garage. in the following years, the company developed in the field of trading of electrical and electronic components and equipments, via the company SIFEE ELECTRONIC SRL, but especially in the field of Design and Development, via SIFEE ACTION SA.

SIFEE ACTION SA is considered one of the consacrated companies in the field of design and execution of integrated heating and air-conditioning systems, electrical systems, and IT systems. Parallel to the expansion of the field of activity, the company SIFEE built by itself in the period 1999-2009 fully equipped office buidings, which were leased to leading companies such as: Heckler AG, ING Bank, Credit Europe Bank, Volkswagen, Pludi Market, Konica Minolta. Furthermore, SIFEE has developed a private industrial park in Western Sibiu, close to the international airport, where the firs plots of the land have been already sold to the investor such as: Karl Heinz Dietrich GmbH, Deko Rame, Vimar Service, Liebherr Romania, Blue Cap AG, Lupp Construction, Holver Austria, Bavaria Medizin Tehnologie, Haarmann Holding GmbH, Neeb GmbH, Valrom, Lindab, A&D Pharma.

Further investments of the company include the development of industrial, logistics and services parks in Miercurea Sibiului, Turnu Severin and in the Nadlac - Arad area.
